About the Presenter

Dr. Evans served full-time on faculty at the Medical University of South Carolina, teaching periodontics and implant surgery to students and residents, and is the 2019 American Academy of Periodontology Foundation teaching fellowship recipient. He was the director of the Master of Science in Dentistry program and remains actively engaged in research relating to dental implants and CAD/CAM technologies. Until the end of 2020, he served as Chief Scientific Officer for CuRE Innovations, a dental biotech startup researching new dental technologies and as the 2020 President of the South Carolina Society of Periodontists. He is currently in full-time private practice in North Carolina.
